Purchased a Used Car I purchased a used car two weeks ago. The process was shady at best when they tried to get me for another $1000 at the last minute. I bought a bright white car, there we several significant dents that I did not see when inspecting the car in the bright sunlight They were never pointed out to me either. When i called about it they said there was nothing they could do! Stay away from this dealer! More

2018 Murano SV I stopped by the Woodlawn showroom and was promptly greeted Michael. I was looking for a new Murano SV and had just come off a horrible ordeal at anot I stopped by the Woodlawn showroom and was promptly greeted Michael. I was looking for a new Murano SV and had just come off a horrible ordeal at another Nissan dealer. I went over the events with Michael (Sales) and Scott (Sale Manager). I found a vehicle that was looking for. After I shared the parameters of the type of deal I was looking for, Scott and Michael went work. I can honestly that we had a purchase price together in roughly ten minutes, which included a trade in value as well. We purchased the Murano the next day and everything went as discussed. An added bonus was working with Ernest while processing the paperwork. If you are in the area and looking for a Nissan, I strongly urge to visit them. I am glad I did. More

Follow up failire Bought a 2013 Rogue from here new great service no issue’s. I wanted to trade my vehicle in and although I live in a new state I was going to pur Bought a 2013 Rogue from here new great service no issue’s. I wanted to trade my vehicle in and although I live in a new state I was going to purchase here. I called the dealership and never got a return call so three days later I decided to buy my new vehicle a Nissan frontier in Connecticut. I contacted the dealership at least 20 times before I got a follow up call to cancel my extended warranty plan I faxed in all my paperwork like I was asked almost 3 weeks later there was no check in the mail from the dealership so I called the warranty place and was told it has never been canceled. Yesterday I reached out to the dealership six times I talked to one person who transferred me to the person I had to speak to to cancel my contract and my call was never returned it was done early in the day to warrant a return call. I have escalated my issue with Nissan corporate since I got nowhere with the dealership. More
