I traded in a jeep wrangler this past weekend & I left on my front flip up top! I had to go back home & retrieve the factory tops& extra key& run to my grandsons game & then come back to finish the paperwor my front flip up top! I had to go back home & retrieve the factory tops& extra key& run to my grandsons game & then come back to finish the paperwork & pick up my new car! Overall everyone was very nice& I left happy! The next day I sent pictures to my daughter in college & the 1st thing she said was did you take my front flip top off for my jeep! I totally forgot to do it because of all the running around & I felt horrible...my wife said to call back& I was extremely uncomfortable doing that.. but luckily I received an email thanking me& hoping everything was a 10! I said all was smooth & ez except I dropped the ball& forgot to take my front flip top off... the response was that they appraised the jeep with both tops& it would be a problem!!! I said i quess it's my problem for not taking it off& that the trade in price wouldn't be any different with only the factory tops..ty no worries! The truck was priced $5500 over what I received & a 3 yo piece of fabric that cost me a few hundred has nothing to do with that! Obviously it was more important to nickel & dime me... rather that either give me the top back or find a possible solution!! This is the 1st time I've ever written a review with anything negative& I've had over 40 cars! Bottom line is that I should've took it off & the response i got back isn't a way i do things! So I'll be looking for another dealership for my future service & have zero reason to go back!! Now I'll be unfortunately purchasing a new top for my daughters jeep More
