Reno Lithia Hyundai was a mess for me to get my 23,000 dollar car from. The car not only has many problems, it already needs new brakes and tires. I’ve only bought the car 3 months ago. I purchased a used Jeep Rubicon off their used lot, I immediately noticed David Diaz from a previous Dealership that we purchased a new Jeep for my wife, so I felt comfortable from the start. I Rember David being very polite and easy going, we had a great experience on that purchase, and no different at this dealership. we go inside and I recognized PJ from another dealership from a couple years earlier, and we have purchased several trucks from him in the past. I had no idea he was working at this dealership, great guy. We were just driving by and saw this Jeep, and David was out there. David got a us a great deal on our used Jeep, and I have to say I felt we were treated very well even though it was a used car. We had a couple of minor things that we had on the due bill that needed to be corrected, and they were. Scott Robert was the one who verified the due bill and worked everything out. I can tell you from my experience with this dealership, they take doing the right thing seriously. Matt Franceschini worked with the sales department on that part. Matt was helpful and professional, and good guy. I would very easily recommend this dealership to anyone. Dex Baker. More

Can anyone explain to me how this is possible? I included pictures of the bumper, the scrap that they say damaged the radar, the inside of the bumper, and the radar that they say was broken (which has zero damage on it). 1/13/2022 - I originally gave info on how to see pictures - but it went against DealerRater community guidelines. So, in conclusion, is DealerRater any better then the dealerships? More

I feel frustrated, the car had a dent and in our contract said they would fix it. After a week my car was back with the dent, and I was asked for another 600 dollars to fix it. Only when I complain to the m said they would fix it. After a week my car was back with the dent, and I was asked for another 600 dollars to fix it. Only when I complain to the manager my dent was fixed. Very unprofessional and unethical. A week later I received a call to take my car to fix the dent (it was already fixed). I don’t recommend it and in the future my car will be from a different dealer. A ver stressful situation and a very bad customer service. More
