I spoke with Mike on the phone about the vehicle I was interested in before going and he was able to talk numbers with me before I even got to the lot. He met me when I arrived and had the car ready to go interested in before going and he was able to talk numbers with me before I even got to the lot. He met me when I arrived and had the car ready to go. He knew upfront what I had to work with and was very informative and pleasant throughout the process with my many question’s. I wasn’t feeling pressured by any means and he made the whole process smooth. For the financing part, Scott was very patient and even helped me get a lower rate and explained the warranty process and how it all worked in a terms that made it understandable. They were aware of my approval through the bank and did not try to sell me on more than what I wanted. I Also loved the woman Sandy, at the front desk she was the sweetest and was helpful while I waited while they got the paperwork together. Thank you Ferman for making my car buying experience the best. Would recommend! I was very happy with my purchase when I left, and I also got a little Blue duck to go with my Blue Jeep! More

My mother-in-law (Mary) and her husband (no longer with us) previously purchased their Ram 1500 from Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Their previous purchase was challenging due to financial issues which sh us) previously purchased their Ram 1500 from Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Their previous purchase was challenging due to financial issues which she and her husband were subjected to by no fault of their own. With the passing of her husband, the higher payment has been presenting an extra challenge. Kim and I are visiting Florida and yesterday chose to return to Ferman with Mary to see if there was a possibility of finding an alternate vehicle to lower Mary's monthly payment. As a first experience for Kim and I, we now understand why Mary wanted to try Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram first. Darren met us at the door, immediately introduced himself and then listened. Many times, salespeople have ignored Kim and focused on me. That is always a mistake. Darren did not make that error. He made several inquiries as to our needs and then proceeded to find options. Darren presented no pressure and simply offered to show us various vehicles on their lot which could possibly fit Mary's needs. It just so happened that a suitable vehicle was on their lot. A used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited...4x2, V6. This was the unicorn we needed. Not a popular choice of vehicle to be sure...however, perfect for Mary and an opportunity for Ferman to releive their lot of a difficult sale. We settled on a fair price which would effect the change in monthly payment needed. Next up was Scott, the business manager. We all hear about business managers working extras into a deal...but I will say that Scott not only worked some financing magic, but he also treated Mary and this situation with respect. We all worry about our parents being taken by a dealership. We would now trust sending Mary to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram alone. I think that is about the best compliment I can give. We would return to the dealership if ever we were in the Florida auto market. An honest sale, at a fair price with a comfortable experience.. Can you really ask for more? Great price on our new Wrangler but some of the financial benefits were not explained. We wanted to pay cash but were told if we financed it for a minimum of 4 payments we would receive another 1,000 dollars benefits were not explained. We wanted to pay cash but were told if we financed it for a minimum of 4 payments we would receive another 1,000 dollars off, never mentioning we would have to pay 349.18 month in interest. You can do the math 349.18 x 4 payments = 1396.72. If we paid it off early we would receive a bill for 1,000.00 all the while neglecting to tell us we could a lump sum payment and to leave enough for 4 payments. Nothing illegal just unethical. So buyer beware. More
