No customer service skills what so ever. Very rude! When trying to talk to him he just talks over you. Doesn't want to even begin to hear the customer's side of the story. Stay away from this Dealership, they have no concern for there customers. Purchased a car and they had me sign the wrong paperwork with incorrect VIN, has been several months and still do not have the re there customers. Purchased a car and they had me sign the wrong paperwork with incorrect VIN, has been several months and still do not have the registration. They do not care about the customer, do no return phone calls. Brand Managers server no purpose , the do not follow up on issues reported to them. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst Enemy. More
