The service department at Metro Ford of OKC, in particular Kevin (service rep), the manager of the service department, and their predecessors, have no regard for their customers. After more than a particular Kevin (service rep), the manager of the service department, and their predecessors, have no regard for their customers. After more than a year of promises and assurances by Metro Ford that all of warranty/recall claims would be promptly resolved, I still have an unresolved and outstanding claim related to the unintended tail gate opening on my F-150 Raptor. I have never had such poor service from a dealership in my life. The only reason I am giving Metro Ford one star is because zero stars is not offered as an option. More
