Negotiated a deal on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Agreed to the price for the purchase. Showed up by appointment, down payment in hand. All preliminary paperwork completed no issues. Was there for Agreed to the price for the purchase. Showed up by appointment, down payment in hand. All preliminary paperwork completed no issues. Was there for the purpose of finalizing the deal. I signed the paperwork and presented my down payment. Now please understand initially I was dealing with Tyson Meyer (sales rep). Tyson took me on the test drive and did the follow up with me. When I went back to the dealership I asked for Tyson but they weren't real clear as to why Tyson was unavailable so I began dealing with Scott Mason. Everything went as it was supposed to up until the closing of the deal. I show up for my scheduled appointment as stated above. Now both Scott and Tyson are at my table as I am preparing to purchase this vehicle. Something is up but I'm not exactly sure what. They go to the "finance office" and reappear with the news they are unable to sell this vehicle to me because it has an open recall. They emphasize the "potential fire" wording on the recall as to why they are unable to sell the vehicle. This simply isn't the case but let's move forward. I offer to sign a "hold harmless" letter specific to their concerns. So they start down the path of let's see what we can do. I point out "something ain't right here, I feel like you are selling this vehicle out from under me". I'm assured that isn't the case. They are not sure what we can do at this particular moment but they commit to getting the Sales Manager Matt Bishop involved. A couple of days go by and they are deliberating between sending it to the Auction or trying to fix it. They have me on "hold" for a few days because I want this vehicle and am waiting to see if they will fix it (they are "unable" to because there is no "fix" - you can search these things yourself at the NTSB or NADA site) or send it to the auction of which I have made them aware to let me know "where and when" so I can purchase it there. A couple of phone calls are exchanged as well as texts all continuing to tell me they are working on it. I get a call they're checking on the parts and have it in the shop and it will be fixed. The deal is back on. Yay!! But two days later I'm told it can't be fixed because even though the parts are identical to the current models there is no "official fix" so they will not be able to fix it. They once again do not know what they are going to do at this point. I tell them to keep me in the loop because I want this vehicle. Time is passing and texts are sent from me to Scott and Matt Bishop (Sales Manager). The texts infer they are still trying to decide what to do with this vehicle. This started in February. Texts were sent and responded to in March and April. 8 to 10 texts in all. Last one in May, no response. There was no, "We can't believe we are stuck with an unsaleable vehicle due to safety reasons or we've decided to send it to auction". So now I'm a little confused because according to Car Fax this vehicle sold March 1, 2024 registered to the dealership. This means they registered it for demo purposes (personal use. Let's say the owners daughter wanted it possibly). Dealerships don't register vehicles sent to auction they don't have too. They lied to my face and continued the lie for months (I have texts to prove it). So, either they took a 25k trade unaware it had a "dangerous potential life threatening fire" open recall making it unsellable (didn't happen. Dealerships pick your car apart to lower the trade value, they knew) or they jeopardized the safety of their personnel using this vehicle as a demo. I don't think I can stomach one more "Jeep bursts into flames" story due to Jeep's unsolvable recall. It must be terrible to be a Jeep dealer now, unable to trade or sell dangerous Jeeps. The vehicle sold to someone in South Carolina March 30th. I hope they fixed the unsolvable recall. But I'll keep an eye out for another Jeep on fire story. Liars!! Unethical!! No Integrity!! More

I bought a Ram 1500 limited in mid June 2023. The sales team ( Scott and David) were exceptional to work with. No pressure. Lots of knowledgeable explanations of features. Negotiations were fair The sales team ( Scott and David) were exceptional to work with. No pressure. Lots of knowledgeable explanations of features. Negotiations were fair and there were no tricks or surprises. I had dealt with Toyota of Orlando and they just sucked. Got a better truck at a better price and feel that the dealership treated me with respect and professionalism. Just top shelf transaction and a fantastic vehicle More

don’t even know where to begin- Scott was amazing, helped me find the car I needed, answered questions etc. I have a great credit score so the transaction was easy and was instantly approved, signed, and I d me find the car I needed, answered questions etc. I have a great credit score so the transaction was easy and was instantly approved, signed, and I drove home that night with what I thought was a positive experience. Over the next week I get a text saying that they need a copy of my social security card. I thought that was strange because in all my years of buying cars I have never been asked that. So I responded what would happen if I chose not to provide that? Never really got a response. So about 2-3 weeks later I am at work in a meeting and my phone rings, I decline. It rings again, I decline. It rings a third time, I decline, my work line rings, and then my cell phone rings again all within a span of 3 minutes. (This is a violation of telephone harassment laws and I have taken copies of the records to submit to the BBB and other agencies) and it’s the finance manager named Arash. He’s calling to tell me that I need to provide the social security card or bring the vehicle back because it’s a stipulation. I explained to him that I have never been asked that and I would not “text” a picture of my social security card. He provided a secure link and I uploaded the same day. I mentioned that I have not received anything in writing and that I didn’t appreciate being talked to as if I had done something wrong or a criminal. I really wanted to take the car back at this point and just go buy it at another place, however after speaking to my husband we just wanted to be done with it so we submitted it. They cleared whatever stipulation they had and that was that. THEN I get a call from Zach from finance stating that Chrysler Capital will not accept the paperwork (20+ days after having the vehicle) get this because they put the cost per mile at .25 cents in the contract over the standard miles. He said the rate for the vehicle I got is actually .50 cents. I said, that’s interesting - because when I initially was shopping for the car they told me .15 cents. THEN when it came time to sign they said “oh it’s actually .25 cents” so we agreed and signed. 20+ days later they are wanting us to sign ALL NEW CONTRACTS for the .50 cents overage because “they made a mistake” . Luckily I save all correspondence and voicemails- I even have a voicemail from Zach stating “we never put a miles overage cost in the original contract so I just need you to sign a new one “ THAT WAS A LIE! So I sent him back page of my saved contract where it had the .25 cents. I believe he called me to mislead me into signing a new contract without admitting they had made a mistake by telling me they had just “left it out”. I’m hoping this review will inspire someone who is reading this to take their business to another dealer that does not do shady business like Greenway. I’m sure a lot of people say this but I honestly have 2 friends that want to buy Wagoneers ASAP and I soo badly wanted to refer to Scott because he was so nice but because of the shady finance department I will not recommend Greenway.
