So yesterday, after about a year and a half of ignoring a sound its been making. I brought my truck to John to check it out. I only ever heard it when I was in enclosed area like driving up the walls on both sound its been making. I brought my truck to John to check it out. I only ever heard it when I was in enclosed area like driving up the walls on both sides to my parking garage, etc. I told them the sound was a clacking like when youre a kid and you put playing cards in the spokes of the wheels. 🤣 happy to report John brought me in to the shop to show me what it was! My back license plate cover only had the screws in the top and even they were loose. So license and cover would move and "clack. Cheapest fix ever and very happy with John and Crown Acura for always being honest and friendly 🤣 (finally had a transmission fluid flush too) Im just a girl. Lol More

This is the only dealer that I go to for service. I drive 1 hour because service matters to me that much. Bart Bartley is the service advisor you want to ask for. He honest and genuinely cares. Mistreatment of employees by manager. I am a two Acura family. I have been buying and leasing at Crown Acura for over a decade. I recently had the unpleasant experience of listening to the I am a two Acura family. I have been buying and leasing at Crown Acura for over a decade. I recently had the unpleasant experience of listening to the service manager berate an employee. I was sitting in the service area waiting to be greeted. The manager said to the employee that "we are playing football, not golf".He went on to exclaim that this was "a team sport" and that his failure to generate revenues via "up charging" was not only letting himself down but the whole "team". The manager also said how this individual was "killing" him. I have never had a bad experience in the service or sales departments. Service in all fields of business, law and medicine are based on trust. My recent experience gives me some doubts! More
