This is without a doubt the best Toyota dealership in the greater Louisville area. Great prices on cars and the service department is very professional. I took my 2020 Toyota Rav 4 in for an oil change, tire rotation and frontend alignment.. I'm @ 5800 miles I have not yet reached the 10,000 mile mark and my 2 years free svc is almost up. They were kind e rotation and frontend alignment.. I'm @ 5800 miles I have not yet reached the 10,000 mile mark and my 2 years free svc is almost up. They were kind enough to change the oil for free & I was glad because no new car should wait 10,000 miles to get an oil change. I paid $89 for the alignment. They could have offered it for free since I'm still in my 2 year free svc window.. Also, the clip inside my fuel door had fallen off a few weeks prior rendering my fuel door open lever useless. It now takes 2 people to open the fuel door one to pull the lever and hold it up and one to press on the fuel door and open it. They replaced the clip but when I took possession of my car they had created a inverted dimple on my gas door about where the clip is. If I had not noticed it I would of left TOL without bring made aware of the damage.. Mike the service rep immediately verbally walked me thru how it couldn't of been done while installing clip because it was about a half inch away from where the clip sets on the inside of the gas door. I am back @ TOL today inconveniently to get my alignment done correctly I was informed they have ordered a new fuel door but when it comes in I will have to take it to a body shop to have it painted. Seems like they make alot of mistakes that only their customers have to pay for and be inconvenieced for. No service manager is available on site according to Mike and when you call to talk to service you go straight to voice mail as standard procedure. He said the svc Mgr travels and covers different states. That is very poor customer service. With no svc Mgr on-site that makes for shady customer service. If they wanted to provide good customer svc they would provide a customer svc Mgr you can access on site when needed. More

We have bought vehicles from Toyota of Louisville for several years. We also have used their service department consistently. I’d say we are loyal customers. Friendly service with people you can trust Tim was great to work with. He was helpful and found me the perfect car. He’s willing to work with you to make sure you’re happy. He’s very thorough. Pathetic Customer Service Took my brand new Tacoma to them to fix the Blind Spot Monitoring as it stopped working the 3rd day I had it. Service department proceeded to tell me that I had to have done something as they do not simply stop working. They never even bothered to call Toyota. If they had, they would have found this can happen. They said I would have to pay for the repair. No one there seemed to care. It was simply the worst experience ever. I told the service manager this. He seemed to have cared less. Don't waste your time taking your care to their service department, even if it is brand new. More

All of the personnel are TERRIFIC!!! They are completely HONEST with me about everything that involves my car. They never try to cheat me and always work with me for better pricing. I have been going to them for over 20 years, and I have no intention of ever going to anyone else. The only time anyone else ever TOUCHES my cars is when I am out of town and cannor get to them. Scott, John , Mike, Bud, and Nick are GREAT!!!! Also, Amanda is a great cashier!!! Their personalities are wonderful, and it's great talking with them not only about my car but also about anything else. I enjoy seeing them! Because of them, my Corolla has over 303,000 miles and my Rav4 has over 214,000 miles and STILL RUNNING STRONG!!!!! I am grateful for all of their service!!!!! More

I purchased my toyota camry from Oxmoor Toyota, but after a bait and switch service sales pitch, I went to Toyota of Louisville and got the same recommended service for much less. I have been taking my car a bait and switch service sales pitch, I went to Toyota of Louisville and got the same recommended service for much less. I have been taking my car to Toyota of Louisville since then. I feel I get quality service at a fair price. I probably will buy my next Toyota from Toyota of Louisville. More
