I just bought a 2022 F-350 Super Duty. This is the 10th vehicle I’ve bought from Herb Chambers Braintree. They are positively the best dealership to deal with. Scott Lewis the general manager is always honest and knowledgeable. I would say the most informed truck guy in New England. Extremely helpful and fair. He takes care of any problems before and after the sale. He makes buying a vehicle so easy. He takes the stress out of the whole process. He actually makes it fun. No BS. Now to make things even better, his son Connor is now employed there. What a fantastic father/son team. Connor has inherited his dads know how and good manners. A few month ago my wife wanted a pre owned Audi Q-5 with certain options. Very hard to to find. Scott brought 3 of them to the dealership in Brantree for her to choose from. She choose one. He took her old one and gave her a very fair trade and she drove away with her new one. This was during the pandemic. Considering the crazy prices dealerships were asking during that time, he gave her a very fair price for the new one and the trade. It’s always a pleasure doing business with Herb Chambers Brantree. I look forward to buying a new vehicle in the future. More

Recently purchased a 2018 stone grey f 150 5 weeks ago. Was told we had a 60 day warranty. Also had 5 year 60k mile factory warranty on motor, transmission, rearend. The truck only had 46k miles on it. Bro Was told we had a 60 day warranty. Also had 5 year 60k mile factory warranty on motor, transmission, rearend. The truck only had 46k miles on it. Brought it in for service, was told a loud whistle from the alternator and a clunking from the top of the engine was all normal and they don’t fix it under there 60 day warranty because it was still drivable they said. Went through 5 salesman including the general manager and got absolutely nowhere. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not stand behind there warranty. By far worst dealership ever dealt with. More
