I called & spoke to Gabby to inquire about a car on the website. They offered to have it waiting for me at front entrance immediately. We went for a test drive , The car was exactly as described & just what I was looking for. Tom was great. We negotiated a great price along w/my trade in w/used car Sales mgr.Jose’ & completed everything promptly. I had done my homework on the vehicle in all competing dealerships in market place. What terrible experience. We made an appointment to test drive a specific Genesis GV80 and drove almost 100 miles to Patrick Hyundai. Our salesman was pretty good but the pl We made an appointment to test drive a specific Genesis GV80 and drove almost 100 miles to Patrick Hyundai. Our salesman was pretty good but the place was under construction and mess. We even had to jump in a car and move it out of the way so we could get through the parking lot. The biggest issue was that the car we test drove wasn't prepped. We noticed a horrible moldy odor as soon as we got in the car and there were french fries on the floor. Instead of prepping the car someone put scent blocks under each of the front seats. The salesman committed to getting the vehicle prepped and call us back. Unfortunately, he won't even return our calls. I purchased a BMW from Patrick several years ago and everything was great. This was my first experience with Genesis and is was extremely disappointing. More
