Took our srx in early January for collision-damaged rear-end. Just got it back YESTERDAY. One excuse after another, week after week, month after month. Insurance only pays for the rental for a mont rear-end. Just got it back YESTERDAY. One excuse after another, week after week, month after month. Insurance only pays for the rental for a month, so we were left with around $2000 or more rental fees. No help from Wagner. No offer to farm it out. No offer to help with the rental, or give us a loaner. NADA. Don't get me wrong, no one was rude. Just not terribly helpful, or sympathetic to the hardship being caused by them setting on our car for 3 MONTHS! More
