I have been a customer for 20 years plus las week I took my 2019 Toyota tundra crewmax with 20,000 miles for service they told me it was my tires bad I got new tires. Excellent Customer Service Hello I always say that Toyota's Service Center, is what sells Toyota's! I had my tire emblem come on and so I drove my car over to Evans to be Hello I always say that Toyota's Service Center, is what sells Toyota's! I had my tire emblem come on and so I drove my car over to Evans to be evaluated without an appt. Scott, the service manager came out and immediately took my car back for an evaluation. Within 10 minutes I was advised I had run over a nail. Scott, took my car back and began working on it. Gary Cramer, the Finance Manager, whom I have worked with in the past at Evans, remembered me and asked me if I would like a cup of coffee while I waited. Gary, proceeded to make me a cup of coffee. Scott, came out and asked me if I needed a shuttle ride somewhere while my car was back in service. The friendly shuttle man gave me a ride to where I needed to be. All in all I was able to meet my responsibilities, and have my tire replaced. Exceptional customer service and a one of kind Service Center, is why I continue to purchase vehicles from Evans, and recommend Evans, to my friends, and colleagues! Thank you, Evans Toyota! More
