John and Brian were easy to work with. John started us off with a vehicle that met most of our wants. My husband took it a bit further and wanted to drive a Turbo Signature. Brian broug John started us off with a vehicle that met most of our wants. My husband took it a bit further and wanted to drive a Turbo Signature. Brian brought one up for us to drive. That vehicle met everything and more that we were looking for. We were pressed for time, so Brian held the vehicle for us overnight and sent us all the details for the purchase that night. The buying experience went smoothly. There was no pressure to purchase. We came back the next day and finalized the deal. We would recommend Mazda Roseville. More

I am very pleased with my experience buying my new car from Roseville Mazda and Johnny Koo. I feel I got a fair deal without feeling pressured. Johnny is a nice guy and very knowledgeable. As much as I feared dealing with a dealership for the purchase of our new car, I really enjoyed our experience at Roseville Mazda. Chris was very patient in helping us figure out which car we wanted and purchase of our new car, I really enjoyed our experience at Roseville Mazda. Chris was very patient in helping us figure out which car we wanted and which packages would make sense. He encouraged us to check out other brands and to do as many test drives as possible. The multiple test drives it what ultimately allowed us to pick the CX30. Scott in finance was very professional as he explained our options and didn’t try to change our minds for what we wanted. All around the staff was professional while changing my impression of what working with a dealer can be like. Well done. More
