On Tuesday, February 15, 2024, I had an appointment for a recall on my wife's car. I dropped it off this morning, and when I arrived, Christ, who I believe is the assistant manager there, informed me that he recall on my wife's car. I dropped it off this morning, and when I arrived, Christ, who I believe is the assistant manager there, informed me that he had cancelled the appointment and refused to perform the recall on my wife's car. He suggested I take it to another dealership for inspection. More
