Salesman Scott Guillory was fast to respond and took the time to physically walk the lot to answer my specific question. Scott and the sales team were able to find a 4Runner comparable to what I was looking for very quickly, despite being told by the other local dealership it was not available. Lakeside Toyota got the 4Runner in a matter of three days. My wife and I waited for five and a half months for an order from the other dealership, with no answers to our questions. Lakeside Toyota: 3 days. I just wish we would have started at Lakeside! Business Manager Jessie Johnson in Finance was also a pleasure to deal with, very informative and friendly. I came in, Scott introduced himself we looked at a few cars and I found one that I liked. We drove it, negotiated a great deal, and 10 minutes later I was in the finance department with Luis Deleon signing my paperwork. The detail guys cleaned my car while I was signing my paperwork and when I came out Scott handed me the keys and introduced me to a "technology" specialist that linked my phone to my car and downloaded my contacts for me. She showed me a few more things, answered my questions, scheduled me my first free oil change and tire rotation and then I left. I am very happy with my car and also with how quick and friendly everyone at Lakeside was. More

They listened to what I wanted and they never made me feel like I didn't belong. They put my mind at ease. I went to just look at a car wound up buying a 2016 Rav 4. I have always had grey or silver cars but I bought a shiny red one. So excited!!! These guys at Lakeside Toyota were just FANTASTIC!!! I cant enough how nice and kind they were.
