I have taken my cars to this dealership for service for several years. The service quality has become unacceptable over the last year. Every time I take my car in, it is either not fixed correctly the firs several years. The service quality has become unacceptable over the last year. Every time I take my car in, it is either not fixed correctly the first time, or there is something else that they do jot correctly diagnose. I will not be taking any of my vehicles here for repair again. More

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Dealing with Scott Green is something I wouldn’t recommend that anyone does. He is very unprofessional and has terrible customer service. No customer should have to wait days for a response to emails or text messages. I was told by Scott that he is extremely busy and doesn’t have time to get back to customers sooner. He said that for him to answer customers in 48 hours is good. Well the business standard for all other busy people is 24 hours or less. Scott also lied to me about ordering parts and overlooked very apparent issues with my vehicle and then tried to blame it on the insurance adjuster. I was also told that on a repair that was done right and I had brought it back twice that it is within specs and if it comes off again just bring it back. I don’t have time to keep bringing my vehicle back multiple times for the same issue because it’s not fixed properly. More
