Scott was great, courteous, well informed and patient. Only issue was I was told my financing was through Broadview at their rate of 5.9%, when it was time to sign papers the next day and pick up the ca Only issue was I was told my financing was through Broadview at their rate of 5.9%, when it was time to sign papers the next day and pick up the car. I was told my financing was through Bank of America and 6.4%, i’m glad I caught that before. It was too late, your finance guy kept it at Bank of America, but did give me 5.8% . I had not bought a new car in twenty years that being a Chevy Tahoe. I had gone to another dealership because it was only 2 miles from my home. There was no service. Walking into Denooyer on a busy Satu Chevy Tahoe. I had gone to another dealership because it was only 2 miles from my home. There was no service. Walking into Denooyer on a busy Saturday afternoon I did not know what to expect. I was immediately asked what they could do to help me. Told them I wanted a new car. I was assigned a salesperson, Scott Fyvie, and at the end of my time at Denooyer I had a new car. All questions I had answered, A car that met my needs and wants shown to me, all the paperwork done, I did have some homework I had to do but it was simple and taken care off. Came in on a Saturday, got my homework done, came back on Monday morning and left with my new car. I did have some concern about the finance percentage, but Nick Denooyer met with me and had it taken care of in no time. Easiest car buy I ever had in my 79 years. Scott was a great guy to work with despite having to attend to more than one buyer. He was there on Monday morning to complete the transaction. Overall, a very satisfying experience. More

Dealership was great! This is my 4th car that I have leased. I could not say enough about Krysten, George, Bill and the young lady who took care of our insurance.( Can't This is my 4th car that I have leased. I could not say enough about Krysten, George, Bill and the young lady who took care of our insurance.( Can't remember her name). They went above and beyond!! Ashley, however, seem very distracted when helping us and my son had to go get her twice for her to show us how to work some of the things in the car but I would highly recommend this dealership,!!! More
