The service department Starr if friendly and professional. They always take my car on time and let me know how long it will take to service it. If additional maintenance is needed, they always professional. They always take my car on time and let me know how long it will take to service it. If additional maintenance is needed, they always text me with list of service needed and the price of each service. Also Amanda comes and talks to me to tell me how long the work will take. She is always so helpful. More

Amanda was helpful getting same day appt, but thats about it. They never got approval for the diagnostic test and charged me $200 and it’s the same test advance auto does. The test told them exact my what I it. They never got approval for the diagnostic test and charged me $200 and it’s the same test advance auto does. The test told them exact my what I already told them was wrong with the car, unless you count the extra line item they said about needing an 8,000 transmission when the codes were for air sensors. The transmission is fine and it’s a 2017 pathfinder so I’m not sure why they added that in. The worst part is customer service when you pick the car up. They look at you like your crazy and just point towards a door or parking lot… I’m in the market for a new car but would never do business with there folks… they will scam you out of $200 for a free test , fix nothing and say your cars ready, I would just go to advance to find out what’s wrong and find you a good local mechanic for repairs. More
