We greatly appreciate our customers. We don't always realize that we may fall short from time to time on our customer service without these reviews. We sincerely apologize and have implemented a new policy that service customers must be walked to their vehicles when picking up their cars. Advance Auto is a wonderful place to pick up parts for vehicles. However, most of their employees are on an hourly rate and most are not certified mechanics. Our technicians diagnose vehicle problems not just with a computer, but by their knowledge and training. With this knowledge also comes a price and unfortunatley that charge gets passed on to the customer. If any repairs would have been required, the diagnostic fee would have been waived. Again, we thank you for your feedback and hope that, with the customer service changes we are implementing, you will give us a another chance in the future.
