My new SA Jack C is good and very good at keeping us informed on our vehicle and addressing our concerns. Even during our most recent prolonged repair/maintenance issue with both of our new Porsche's I informed on our vehicle and addressing our concerns. Even during our most recent prolonged repair/maintenance issue with both of our new Porsche's I have found that Jack and the Service Manager Chuck A have been responsive and the whole Porsche Atlanta Perimeter team have tried to address our needs while also advocating for us when needed. Hope this continues. In a pinch Scott F has also been outstanding. Great to work with. More

I have to take the car for service within one moth of purchase because it started showing service alert after a week of purchase. After servicing it still shows so now I have to take the car again for se purchase because it started showing service alert after a week of purchase. After servicing it still shows so now I have to take the car again for service because the issue is not resolved. Also, the dealership sold the car to me without emission test due to which I didn’t received my tag. I have to pay tag fees again at county office. This is absolutely not acceptable from Porsche dealership. More

I came in to have a warranty repair, specifically a recall. I made an appointment. I asked for a loaner car and was told no. I got approximately 10 confirmations via email and text to remind me to come recall. I made an appointment. I asked for a loaner car and was told no. I got approximately 10 confirmations via email and text to remind me to come to the appointment that I made. I’m fine with that, because I personally work on appointments and I understand the importance of confirmations. However, when I arrived at your dealership, YOU did not have the part to do my recall repair. Therefore, I had to Uber multiple times over the course of two days. This is so obviously disrespectful of my time and money. I would not have minded if you had given me the loaner car that I had originally asked for. I already don’t like your service department because I had a previous service salesman (not Scott Fineglass) try to get me to do a $6000 repair on my car and when I asked “if I were your daughter, what would you suggest Ihavevto do?” he responded with “if you were my daughter, I would tell you to buy a car you can afford the repairs on.“ Let me assure you that I can afford repairs on my car. However, I’m not an idiot and I’m not going to pay for repairs that I don’t need when I have less than 10,000 miles on my car (at that time). I now go to Buckhead Auto Sport. They treat me with respect, value my time and money, and are honest when it comes to what I need done (and not done) with my car. So, truthfully, no. The answer to the question of would I advise anyone to go to your service department? Absolutely not. I send everyone to Buckhead auto sport. More
