He also introduced me to the service advisor Scott who welcomed me and greeted me on my new Tiguan and briefly going over the services hours. Just a Battery I texted Rose Shuck at JE Volkswagen Monday after having taken Uber to work due to an aging dead battery in my 2012 Tiguan. She told me to bring it in I texted Rose Shuck at JE Volkswagen Monday after having taken Uber to work due to an aging dead battery in my 2012 Tiguan. She told me to bring it in.to be checked. When I arrived, Scott told me she’d been expecting me & would be right back. She appeared in less than a minute & got it organized. Sure enough the battery had to be replaced. It was quick, easy & painless. I was in and out in less than hour, And, she even got it washed too! Can’t ask for more than that!! Thanks Rose 🌹! More
