Scott Cannella, Noah Greez, and Brian (don't remember his last name but he showed me all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle) made the whole process so easy. It was the first time I have ever left a car dealership not feeling completely exhausted. And they worked hard to get me the best financing for my credit rating (which was a huge drop from my previous financing fiasco). I am almost certain that I will be returning to Jim Browne when it's time to trade up...as long as Scott is still there to help. He was great...from the first phone call to present. Cars pretty much sell themselves, but the service of the employees is what REALLY sells cars. Thanks again y'all! More

Best Dealership Experience EVER!!! I am not a huge fan of buying cars because of some of the experiences I have had in the past (including another Chevy dealership in the Bay Area - unr I am not a huge fan of buying cars because of some of the experiences I have had in the past (including another Chevy dealership in the Bay Area - unrelated to this one). Painful, to say the least BUT from the moment I called and then walked into this one, the experience has been exceptional. The team made the whole process pleasant and painless. They went over and beyond in making sure that I was leaving happy with my new vehicle. Their post-purchase follow up(s) to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction, along with their genuine desire to make things right is truly something that makes these folks stand out from the others.
