Dealing with Scott Bernard made my buying experience pleasant and stress free. I put him through the paces when I changed my mind about 5 times about which car I wanted to see. He gladly said no problem, that's my job and ran out to bring a different car. It was a busy day and he was a great conversationalist while we waited for the final paperwork. Scott was great to work with and even though we didn't buy a car from him and Delaware Cadillac we appreciate the efforts he put in to find the exact car we were looking for. His timely communications buy a car from him and Delaware Cadillac we appreciate the efforts he put in to find the exact car we were looking for. His timely communications kept us in the loop but ultimately Delaware Cadillac didnt have the exact car we were looking for and another dealership did (we were pressed for time to purchase).
