I asked the receptionest to have someone call me back with the date it would be compleate and she put me on hold again. went down to the dealer ship to pick up car and was told the parts would not be for 2 weeks. I was waiting in the driveway and told one of the service guys that I had an 8:30 appointment.He went to check & said it was with Frank and he would be out. So I’m waiting & need to get to work. Johnny was very nice but your other staff is very rude. When I came to pick up my car, Johnny was out. I quietly waited at the counter.
