My brother has done business with your dealership for years and has had excellent results with the Honda vehicle, so thought we would check it out. Started working with Ryan Roberts on line, found a vehicle that seemed attractive and ended up stopping on a day when Ryan was not there. In his absence, Jason Williams stepped in to cover for Ryan. Our car buying experience with both Ryan and Jason is rated as tops, over all the 50+ years of purchasing cars. We could feel a distinct difference immediately when we stepped into the dealership. Friendly, accommodating personnel greeted us , without a feeling of the least bit of pressure. Ryan completed the process professionally, without hassle. Both Ryan and Jason are great assets to Honda of Lincoln. In addition, Scott took us through the paper work quickly, explaining all aspects of the final sale. Shucks, in two short visits, we consider the entire experience to be five star from beginning to end. We expect a long and lasting relationship with Honda of Lincoln.
