One thing that like about Honda of Lincoln was they do NOT charge any DOC fees or any other fees like the Omaha dealers do. So it was worth our time to drive a little farther to Lincoln since we live in Iowa. A very good place to do business! More

He actually suggested to me to take each car to a mechanic to have them checked out, which I was going to ask. He and the staff were very reasonable in the negotiation process as I got a very good price. In addition, they were very friendly and professional. No pushiness at all. Also, he gave my friend, a previous Honda customer, a referral check. I will recommend Honda of Lincoln to anyone I hear needing a car. And I will go there first in the future myself. Thank you. (Note: Below I said I was left alone for more than 5 minutes on a couple occasions. It was busy, and I totally understand. This should in no way diminish this review. Robert instantly won our trust and did an excellent job in being very efficient in listening to our needs and providing us with the vehicles we wanted to look at and drive. Robert's best quality was one of "listening to the customer", which we appreciated so very much. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and helped us set up our information center in the CR-V that we purchased, always putting us first! Scott was the finance person who assisted us through the financing process. We so enjoyed getting to know Scott as well. Scott was very personal and we felt right at home. He performed his job very effectively, taking us through all of the processes and explaining all of the benefits of the program(s). We feel like "family"...the Honda family and feel like we can call Robert or Scott at any time that we have any questions at all and that they would be more than happy to assist us in answering our questions. After submitting an inquiry on their website, Robert Morgan and I had the deal negotiated online in no time at all. My family and I test drove our Odyssey twice, and both times we were told to take our time and really get a feel for it. We truly felt no pressure and were allowed to thoroughly think the decision through over the course of a few days. Robert was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Odyssey's features and at delivery took the time to explain all of them. Scott Barr was also very helpful at delivery reviewing our financing options. We definitely plan to come back to Honda of Lincoln the next time we need a car. More
