I felt no pressure whatsoever throughout the entire process. While Scot was quite pleasant to relate to over email, I was prepared to be hounded and pressured during my actual visit to Cain; to my surprise and delight (not to mention relief), that did not happen. In fact, even the atmosphere of the dealership as a whole was laid back and friendly yet helpful. The fair price for which I purchased my new Prius is also worth noting. Scot gave me a price in our email interchange and stuck to it when I placed my order - no games. If you're looking for a dealership that gives you the info yet space you need to make a sound, well thought out decision on a car purchase, one that doesn't employ the standard "games" we all dread, I highly recommend this dealership! He provided information on pricing and encouraged me to visit. When I came in, I worked with Art Arteno. He had the cars I was interested in seeing ready to go when I arrived. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. I was most impressed with his low-key sales pitch. He was there to work with me, not pressure me into making a quick decision. That said, when I did decide to buy on the same day, he was very helpful in making that happen. The pricing on my trade-in and on the new car were fair and in line with the research I had done prior to coming in to visit. There was absolutely NO song and dance and I felt respected as a customer. I would definitely recommend this dealer and this salesperson to friends. They have earned their high ratings. More
