My experience with Cain has been all-around terrific. From my first contact with Scot Poppe via email, to visiting the dealership for an "up close and personal" look/test drive right on through the buyin From my first contact with Scot Poppe via email, to visiting the dealership for an "up close and personal" look/test drive right on through the buying process, both Scot Poppe and Art Arteno were no less than patient, kind and professional. I felt no pressure whatsoever throughout the entire process. While Scot was quite pleasant to relate to over email, I was prepared to be hounded and pressured during my actual visit to Cain; to my surprise and delight (not to mention relief), that did not happen. In fact, even the atmosphere of the dealership as a whole was laid back and friendly yet helpful. The fair price for which I purchased my new Prius is also worth noting. Scot gave me a price in our email interchange and stuck to it when I placed my order - no games. If you're looking for a dealership that gives you the info yet space you need to make a sound, well thought out decision on a car purchase, one that doesn't employ the standard "games" we all dread, I highly recommend this dealership! I decided to visit Cain Toyota because of the uniformly positive ratings they have received. My first contact was with Scot Poppe, via internet request for information. He provided information on pricing and encouraged me to visit. When I came in, I worked with Art Arteno. He had the cars I was interested in seeing ready to go when I arrived. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. I was most impressed with his low-key sales pitch. He was there to work with me, not pressure me into making a quick decision. That said, when I did decide to buy on the same day, he was very helpful in making that happen. The pricing on my trade-in and on the new car were fair and in line with the research I had done prior to coming in to visit. There was absolutely NO song and dance and I felt respected as a customer. I would definitely recommend this dealer and this salesperson to friends. They have earned their high ratings. More
