Stopped by this week to perform factory maintenance on my car and was assisted by Schneider and the service department team. He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, performed a vehicle walk-around with car and was assisted by Schneider and the service department team. He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, performed a vehicle walk-around with me before intake into service and found that my wiper blades were already EOL on brand new/low mileage vehicle. He made it a point to have this replaced on the work order. Overall service experience was prompt and seamless. More

Schneider was also amazing and easy to work with in Ryan’s absence. The service manager Albert was so kind & accommodating for me in a tough situation - I used to sell Mercedes and also worked for Herb for a number of years (so my expectations are high) and this service team exemplifies what service for a Mercedes Benz should look and feel like. Down to the valet guys & the manager Adilson are honestly a pleasure to work with. The ladies at checkout. Everyone is delightful, they make what usually is a stressful visit feel like a breeze.
