Salesmen was rude, didn’t even fill up gas tank all the way. He made us feel like we are lower class of people because we are buying aNissan at Jaguar dealership. They employ an old school closer that will attempt to talk you out of any sort of deal you might think you’re going to get. They also have over 4k in dealer fees. Bought another car a month prior, dealer talk you out of any sort of deal you might think you’re going to get. They also have over 4k in dealer fees. We made a fair deal and everyone was happy.. definitely hope they change tactics moving forward. More

It was ok. I don't like the fact that they try to charge you some fees that are extremely expensive, so I the end, the car that was at a good price is no longe I don't like the fact that they try to charge you some fees that are extremely expensive, so I the end, the car that was at a good price is no longer at a good price. AND these fees are no optional so you must get them. That's xx. The attention of the staff was very nice and respectful, but the deals aren't what you see online. Lots of hidden stuff. I don't know why dealers can't honor the price they say the car is without inflating it with xx fees plus the regular taxes you spend on buying a vehicle. More

We were sent to the dealer by our insurance carrier. Farmers Insurance I think they have some sort of agreement with True car. Anyway, Tega showed us the vehicles that we were trying to replace. Both had damage and were not what we were looking for. One was newer and liked it very much. On the lot we had been told the asking price. Once we sat down the price increased by $4,000.00 dollars. It would have been more honest to tell us that up front. There was no negotiation. it the price is the price. Again, would have been nice to have known that up front. We did end up buying the vehicle. Our Salesperson Tega did a great job help us purchase the vehicle and showing how it all works. More

Initial visit to Dealer was a disaster. Dealer policies were very Customer unfriendly : $5200 in required extras. Egh! Everything was great except the man in the finance department. Treated me great until, after being hassled for 15min about buying an extended warranty, I said no to the extended warranty.
