She met me on the lot, didn’t try to convince me to look at other options, pulled I walked in as a cash customer only looking for 1 specific vehicle. She met me on the lot, didn’t try to convince me to look at other options, pulled the car I was interested in, and told me everything I could need to know about it. Her product knowledge was impressive! We did the test drive and agreed on the deal. The process from there was great, spent a little longer than I hoped while I was waiting for the car detail and gas but it was raining and I understand not a normal day. I had a great experience with her tending to any possible need we had and a very friendly demeanor. I will look for her at CBB next time I need a car. More
