Zero star worthy place. I tried to figure out and talk through with employees the issue, but was ghosted many times. Sold my car March 23, 2024 and didn't get my check until May 16, 2024 after they assured I would get my check within two weeks. They spelled my name wrong on the check so could not cash it, when I went to pick it up again it was locked in the office because an employee left it there, and then an employee took my check home so when I came to pick it up he said he left it at home. A manager promised a giftcard for all the "hassle" and "terrible experience" which obviously I never got. Manager Matt never followed up. I am so happy that two of my colleagues and friends took my advice and didn't go here for business. More
