The dealership is terrible and doesn’t care about fixing their mistakes. They sent the plate and registration that I paid for when I bought the car to the wrong address and when I came to question them abou their mistakes. They sent the plate and registration that I paid for when I bought the car to the wrong address and when I came to question them about it after calling for two days and getting to talk to no one, that I needed to go to the DMV and tell them I lost the plate, when I had nothing to do with the losing of the plate at all. It was completely their fault and somehow now only my problem. I don’t know if I’m going to have to pay to get another plate at the DMV, and possibly to reregister the car, but if I do I’m definitely heading back to the dealership to get some kind of discount on the car seeing as I may have to pay for the registration twice due to their negligence. I was even emailed about the tag and replied with the correct email that yet again they decided not to use. I will not only never go back to this dealership, I will tell everyone I know and post anywhere I can on social media not to either as when their mistake was brought to their attention all I got was, “well now you have to go to the DMV and tell them you lost it.” I didn’t lose my plate, you sent it to the wrong address….the excuse I was given was that the address was wrong at the DMV, which is impossible because then address on my license was not changed from my old house yet, so the DMV had a completely different addresss on me which is not where my plate got sent either. So they lie to your face, do not take any responsibility for their mistakes and then leave you to clean up their mess. Do Not under any circumstance buy a car from there people! More
