See Separate Review comparing Germain to Other Honda Competitor in Surprise, AZ. Significant differences in the two dealerships. I had excellent service from all persons contacted from the General M Competitor in Surprise, AZ. Significant differences in the two dealerships. I had excellent service from all persons contacted from the General Manager who took the time to great me; to my salesperson Kiara, who was outstanding in her service and follow-through. From Finance to Service Department, I was thoroughly satisfied. Special shout-out to Al Bustamante in Service Dept., who I have dealt with concerning past leased Hondas. He has in great part obtained my allegiance to Honda vehicles and their upkeep. I am a completely satisfied customer with Germain Honda. Very well-run and organized operation. More
