Just returned from dealership after having purchased our first BMW x3. You don’t hear this very often, but we had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process due to our lovely salesperson, Sarah Le first BMW x3. You don’t hear this very often, but we had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process due to our lovely salesperson, Sarah Lee ! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful in showing us different features on comparable cars. We always felt like she was actually trying to help us buy the car that WE wanted and not the car that would make her the most money. She was so sweet in staying past closing time, showing my wife all the different features her new car had. We couldn’t recommend her more highly ! More
