I was so pleased to see that Sara Griffith was still a sales person as she had sold us our first mini. We were so impressed with Sara that we bought the 2016 Countryman on the first visit. When my husband passed last January I was left with 2 cars; the other being my 2016 Mercedes GLK. Not wanting 2 vehicles, I sold the Benz as I realized the Mini was my “go to” car. Last week I brought ”Jimini” for service and found the 2020 Countryman needed to go home with me. Sara Griffith is a star sales person. Great people skills, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the MINI brand, patient and helpful in answering questions and providing information. She also gave us an exhilarating warm-up test ride and volunteered to drive our new vehicle to our home in Sarasota to spare us another trip to Clearwater area.
