Matt Carter (Sales) was fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and zero pressure. He made sure we felt confident every step of the way. A big thank you to Horatiu in Finance, who worked hard to secure the best possible terms and walked us through everything clearly. No confusion, no gimmicks — just straightforward options and thoughtful guidance. We also appreciated Brandon Grimes from Management checking in and ensuring everything went seamlessly.
