He knew how to point me in the right direction to the perfect sales man Jim Burke. Jim was so patient with me knowing that I needed a specific car in a specific budget and pointed me in the right direction. When we finally found the right car David Kerr was right there in the finance department making every move that needed to be made with the banks to make me a happy customer. The time that these men took to get me into a new car was unbelievable! To say that they all went above and beyond is an understatement!! I would recommend anyone of my family/ friends to go and see these guy. I also want to give a little warning, make sure that the people that you deal with here know what you want. I spoke to a salesman on the chevy side of this dealership a couple weeks prior to buying my car that was trying to get me into something that I would not have been happy in. I was smart enough to wait and when I found these three guys I could not have been happier! I walked away with this beautiful 2020 Compass for the lowest price and best finance option they could find me! More

Best New Car Experience Ever !!! After reviewing a few SUVs online I decided on a 2019 JEEP Cherokee Latitude Plus. I decided to drive the 20 miles to Imperial in Mendon because of th After reviewing a few SUVs online I decided on a 2019 JEEP Cherokee Latitude Plus. I decided to drive the 20 miles to Imperial in Mendon because of the TV commercials and newspaper ads that I had recently seen. Upon arrival I was greeted by 'Frank'. He was friendly and expressed a sincere interest in what I was looking to do. Frank was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to test drive. He was incredibly patient with me as I was trying to comprehend the pros and cons of buying v leasing. I never felt rushed or got the sense that Frank might be weary of my 'overthinking'. I believe that I received a fair trade in value for my vehicle. Long story short- I will take delivery on my new JEEP this week and I would not hesitate to recommend Frank and Rami (Finance)...as well as Imperial. The free dinner at the Diner was a nice touch as well !! More

Got my jeep!! I did my homework. The Jeep I wanted was at Imperial and the price was lower than other Jeep dealer around. We dealt with some crazy New England weat I did my homework. He gave me a great offer on the first try. I asked if we could throw in 2 more things, he went to bat for me and got it done and I signed that night.
