Worst experience ever buying a car. Basically forced 2 useless product offerings on us. I should have walked away. Trying to claim they are losing money on deal so we need to buy Basically forced 2 useless product offerings on us. I should have walked away. Trying to claim they are losing money on deal so we need to buy key replacement and some scam stolen vehicle payout. Took 3.5 hours after agreeIng on everything to sign. Only reason finance process was decent was they had been closed for an hour and we were not interested any other products from this dealership. Next day we realized that they had shown us the wrong truck (standard bed vs short bed). When I emailed our sales person the next day, rather than offer us to swap, he simply stated that we lucky as they don’t often have the standard bed with the diesel engine. More
