Worst experience ever buying a car. Basically forced 2 useless product offerings on us. I should have walked away. Only reason finance process was decent was they had been closed for an hour and we were not interested any other products from this dealership. Next day we realized that they had shown us the wrong truck (standard bed vs short bed). When I emailed our sales person the next day, rather than offer us to swap, he simply stated that we lucky as they don’t often have the standard bed with the diesel engine. More
