Sanjay was so accommodating considering we were coming up from Ohio. He was genuine and friendly and made the process so easy. I knew what to expect before driving an hour to the dealership. Rishi my salesperson was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He even drove my new car all the way to my home in Troy. Also, Sean the finance manager was grea He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He even drove my new car all the way to my home in Troy. Only giving one star because we did not have a great experience at this dealership. We found a car that we really liked and were ready to buy it and that is when they realized that they did not have the experience at this dealership. We found a car that we really liked and were ready to buy it and that is when they realized that they did not have the title of the car in their possession. Our purchase was on hold until they would receive the title from Florida. After 1 week and a half, our salesperson still assured us that he would let us know as soon as he had the title. We waited patiently and checked in daily. We assumed that he put the car on hold for us because we said that we were going to buy it. We never found out when the title arrived but instead received an email from our not-so-great salesperson that one of his colleagues sold the car to another customer and there is nothing he can do. No apology and no effort on his part to get the car back for us. We are not sure why it wasn’t put on hold for us because we were only waiting on the title. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated on how this verbal agreement was handled, the lack of communication and customer care. We will take our business elsewhere and don’t recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Awful Terrible communication Week five and lease still not complete Lowballed on trade in ( Carvana paid 2700 more) Offered lease at a much higher rate than advertised Multiple calls to get a co still not complete Lowballed on trade in ( Carvana paid 2700 more) Offered lease at a much higher rate than advertised Multiple calls to get a copy of the closing paperwork Called lessor after four weeks and non returned calls from dealer they had no record of transaction, finally received a phone call and made first lease payment to dealer More
