I initially came into the dealership to browse cars but ended up leaving with my dream car !! I was helped by sales manager Marvin Ledesma. He was not only patient with my constant nagging, he met every co ended up leaving with my dream car !! I was helped by sales manager Marvin Ledesma. He was not only patient with my constant nagging, he met every concern with a very transparent answer. I kept him ant the dealership until almost 12am and he patiently helped me find my dream car and wouldn’t let me settle until I was in love! His main goal was to make sure that I was happy not only with my car but the service. I was also helped by the finance manager Joe and Obaid. They were very sweet and helpful and explained my deal with great detail leaving nothing out. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know and am left speechless by the level of professionalism and dedication that Marvin and his colleagues displayed. Trust me I gave them a hard time and they killed me with kindness!! Exceptional service all around !!! More

I live in the peninsula and have always given my business to Fletcher Jones in Fremont. I worked with Marvin on locating a 2022 Mercedes G63. They are very hard to find and he was able to get exactl business to Fletcher Jones in Fremont. I worked with Marvin on locating a 2022 Mercedes G63. They are very hard to find and he was able to get exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. Also AJ in finance was awesome. He helped guide us through adding the correct protection and maintenance packages. I highly recommend asking for Marvin at Fletcher Jones in Fremont. They offer way more service than any other Mercedes Dealers in the Bay Area. The showroom and selection is amazing and is one of the best experiences I have had. More

These two individuals are in the industry to sell faulty products to receive their commission. RICKY WILL LIE TO SELL A CAR. They don’t care what happens after you drive off. Better salesman and manager to deal with vs these two. Don’t get fooled by Ricky’s fake laughter and stories he shares about his niece’s and nephews. His not a caring individual. Appreciate and applaud the service received from Steven Quinn(Service Advisor) and Kimo Sanches (Service Director). Ricky Tan, Certified Sales Professional. I purchased a brand new GLB 2022. I informed Ricky of two things I was looking for in a car: heated seats and Ambient lighting. He informed me this vehicle was equipped with both, which was lie. It was definitely equipped with the ambient lighting but not heated seats. He didn't show me all the functions of the car and/or how to navigate. He told me to youtube and learn how to use the vehicle . Major red flag that I overlooked.. One week after the purchase I started hearing noises when I turned the car and system suspended messaged was displayed. I informed Ricky and he told me to connect with the service. As a sales man, he never checked to see if the situation was resolved.Ricky spoke negative towards Quinn and stated he would have connected me with a different advisor. Again shows his moral talking bad about another employee of the dealership. Dropped the car off at Fremont Dealership. One week later I received a call from my service advisor Steven Quinn, indicating the noise is due to cold and hot weather. I informed Steven that I’m not purchasing a car to hear a sound dependent on the weather. He agreed to keep the car for additional time which turned out to be three extra weeks. He informed me he wasn’t able to fix the situation and called me to speak wth himself and sales manager Sang So to see what can be done. Sang So, General Sales Manager (unprofessional and Unethical business practice). The worst person I ever dealt with. Informed me he needed to hear what happen from the horse’s mouth Steven before he can make an informed decision. Which I agreed on. He left me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes and never came back to check in. He wasn’t able to face the truth and was running away from the situation knowing if he returned the car he would be losing money. Steven Quinn: Amazing and honest service advisor. No words can describe the amazing service i received from him through the course of one month. Kimo Sanches, Service Director. Very professional individual who heard my story and questioned what I want to achieve out of today’s meeting. Engaged in a difficult conversation which wasn’t easy. Remarkable customer service received from Kime and Steven. More

Misleading Lease Information I leased a new vehicle from Fletcher Jones in February. Overall the staff at the dealership was very nice as you would expect from any dealership. I I leased a new vehicle from Fletcher Jones in February. Overall the staff at the dealership was very nice as you would expect from any dealership. I worked with Tom in leasing my Mercedes. While Tom was helpfully intitially, he was not very forward with disclosing the leasing term. Since it was my first time leasing, they defintely took advantage of that and not answering my question honestly when asked. I asked about the money factor (MF) in the lease and was told that it is not negotiable. This was repeated more than once. It is in fact negotiable like the interest rate when purchase instead of leasing. I went back the next day to point out that I was given false information regarding my lease. With my excellent credit score, I would have qualify for some of the best rate. Sang said he will help me reduce the MF by a little bit as a "courtesy" and being committed to excellent customer service. Obviously, the first step in providing excellent customer service is to not give out false information. I enjoyed the car but the experience at this dealership left a sour taste. More
