I had just moved to Melbourne and didn't have a car, but
called the dealership to get my credit application going and told the salesperson that I was going to get a Lyft to their location. Instead, Jason sh

Instead, Jason showed up 20 minutes later driving the car I was interested in so I could test drive it on the way back to the dealership. How's that for customer service?
Jason not only made the test drive fun while talking me through all the great things about the car, but he was extremely kind and friendly, too. He even helped me get my car insurance set up!
By the time we got to Kelly Ford, my application was approved and the paperwork well underway. Sandy, the finance woman, was also extremely sweet and kind, and thoroughly explained all my finance and upgrade options.
This was hands-down the most enjoyable and fast car buying experience I've ever had. And I drove off with a low mileage, gorgeous, 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks edition, which is the nicest car I've ever owned.
Kelly Ford and its staff are top shelf, and I couldn't recommend them any higher – definitely buy your next car from them!
