Dealership claims that the missing cargo cover as well as the car rugs are not included in the new 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport Premium R and that I have to buy them myself ! As of today Jan 3rd, BMW Financial still didn’t receive the payoff on my account which is now overdue by four days. This morning I went again to Sunrise VW asking the reason of the delay ! This will reflect badly on my credit score. Still no news from Sunrise VW !!! Very very bad customer service More
