While repairs can take time, I expected better communication throughout the process. My wife recently brought her vehicle in for routine service, which was completed without issue. During the visit, she informed the service advisor that her tire pressure sensor warning light was illumi service, which was completed without issue. During the visit, she informed the service advisor that her tire pressure sensor warning light was illuminated, despite the tire being fully inflated. After inspecting the tire, the advisor stated that it would need to be replaced in order to resolve the sensor issue, at a cost exceeding $400. This recommendation did not appear reasonable, so we declined the service and sought a second opinion at another shop. That shop removed the tire, replaced the sensor (which is integrated with the valve stem), and reinstalled the tire. The sensor is now functioning properly. I am at a loss as to why the dealership recommended replacing a new tire to address a faulty sensor — particularly when the actual repair was straightforward and significantly less expensive. Frankly, the experience gave the impression that the service department was attempting to take advantage of my wife. More

I had to go back to return to the dealership because they forgot to reset the mileage on my car. They also put that they did a courtesy wash and that was not true.
