Started the paperwork process at 6:30pm, was told it would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! Management needs to get their poop in a group and either hire more people to efficiency process people or reschedule meetings. Ridiculous. Staff wasn't even surprised, stated it was a normal event.
