Review revised 1/6. Reached out to Samuel a couple times, no response. Not super impressed. I purchased a 2007 Lexus RX350 from Corwin. After the fact, I made an account on the Lexus site to view prior deal no response. Not super impressed. I purchased a 2007 Lexus RX350 from Corwin. After the fact, I made an account on the Lexus site to view prior dealer service, and the most recent record from the prior owner indicated the vehicle had suffered a major oil loss common to the model and had run for some period of time (unsure how long - could be very short) with low oil pressure. Issue that led to the oil loss was fixed, CELs cleared and engine has made it several thousand miles since, but it's hard to say whether or not any engine damage occurred. Vehicle was sold as-is/dealership had no legal obligation to mention this, but it would have been good information to have up front. I guess I'm not sure how closely Lexus & Toyota dealership info systems talk to each other. Fingers crossed that there was no or very limited damage and the engine is fine. Otherwise, the dealership experience was good - Samuel was super helpful, etc. More

Sam was very helpful when I made the decision my first vehicle from a dealership. He kept it open and blunt making sure that I was educated and informed on all the decisions I was making and what would be vehicle from a dealership. Samuel was straightforward and direct with his communication with me. If he didn’t have the answer he would get it for me but more importantly would tell me that he didn’t know and then we’ll find communication with me.
