Buyers beware of predatory sales tactics and Blatant misrepresentation at this dealership. Dealerships will refuse to provide any pricing unless you submit a credit app, all prices on the website are in misrepresentation at this dealership. Dealerships will refuse to provide any pricing unless you submit a credit app, all prices on the website are inaccurate, and finally, they hang up the phone on you after you ask for their manager's name. We have filed complaints with the proper agencies and will take my business elsewhere. Do not go unless you want to ripped off!!! More

I agreed to pay the list price and refused the nonsense extras and their ridiculous APR but they won't sell me the car... This is how they make money. They advertise low and make money off the fees and interest. It's a gross/dishonest business practice and I would urge everyone to stay away. I know dealerships aren't exactly truthful but I cannot express how dishonest these guys are... Agreed to pay list price. I refused to pay for the $2000 "dealership warranty" because the car already had manufactor's warranty. Then we talk about financing. He tells me an APR rate that I laughed at. I tell him i will go through my bank and he says "good luck". After being approved for HALF of what he quoted me at, he says "uhh let me speak to my manager and call you back". He never called back... After 10 phone calls later, I finally got a hold of the manager and his explanation was that the price of the vehicle had increased from the point in which I was getting outside financing and our conversation (it went up about $2k in 4 hours...) The reason he gave was because they "didn't run the car through the shop yet". So his excuse was that the vehicle's price online was lower because they didn't inspect it yet. So if you believe him, his excuse doesn't make you feel better. He admitted they didn't inspect the car but still had it up for sale. It should be noted the car has been for sale for 3 weeks. But the truth is, they found out I wasn't going to fall for their tricks and then lied to get out of the situation. Dealerships are slimy but these guys take it to a whole other level. More

Sam Rosa was my salesman. He was wonderful! Took time to show me all the things about the car. Answered all my questions. He made sure I was satisfied! I will recommend him to my friends and family. Straight thieves in that establishment! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Salesman tells you one thing and it’s another when you goto the back! That xxx MOE is a xxxxxxx! I went in to see what I could do about a vehicle that I was upside down on and was promised a sale price and monthly payment that I was comfortable with for a new vehicle during the initial phase. Once I got to finance, the process was rushed, confusing and shady. Worst part is that they sold me a Jeep Renegade for $10k more than they said initially, so I am now in a worst predicament then I started in. Not to mention, they did not provide me with all of the legal documents I signed (to include the breakdown of my transaction). The only positive thing I have to say is that at least the Sales Rep that helped me tried his best to provide great service. Unfortunately, after I was out of his hands, it all went quickly downhill. They lost a great and loyal customer and many more to come because I will ensure my friends and family learn of my experience. STAY AWAY FROM LINDSAY MANASSAS DEALERSHIP. More

Great Experience My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Lindsay CDJR on August 31, 2019, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. We can't say enough abo My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Lindsay CDJR on August 31, 2019, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. We can't say enough about Sales Consultant Sam Rosa. Sam was very courteous and he thoroughly explained the features and details of the vehicle and he answered all of our questions. Before leaving the dealership, Sam took the time to pair my cell phone and activate the three-month SiriusXM radio plan. Sam also gave us his contact information (including his personal cell phone number) and was emphatic that we call him anytime if we ever have any issues or questions about the vehicle that we purchased. A few days after purchasing the vehicle, Sam called just to follow up to see if we were happy with the vehicle and if we had any questions. It's reassuring to know that we have a "go to" person at Lindsay CDJR if we ever need one. We also worked with Lee Abdulle in the finance department to complete the sales transaction. Lee was also very courteous and efficient at what he does because we probably spent less than five minutes with him. It's apparent to me that Lindsay CDJR strives for customer satisfaction. More
