Switched my Brand new ford escape with a used accident vehicle. My vehicle was only 2yrs old and still looked and smelled brand new. All their evidence is switch to look like I'm a liar. I'm a 68 yr old vehicle. My vehicle was only 2yrs old and still looked and smelled brand new. All their evidence is switch to look like I'm a liar. I'm a 68 yr old school bus driver. They should be ashamed of what Curtis and Rudeal did to this customer, besides lye to the company. They fixed everything to lead everyone to believe them. I'm still paying on this junk. More

First have to say my sales guy Joe was amazing but when his manager Samuel got involved things went down hill. Samuel was not only arrogant but spoke at me. His attitude had me walk out and not wanting to his manager Samuel got involved things went down hill. Samuel was not only arrogant but spoke at me. His attitude had me walk out and not wanting to go back. I have to say I did go thru with my sale only because of Joe and he made things work and treated me respectfully. I won’t recommend this dealership if you have to deal with Samuel he made this the worse buying experience ever! More
