This will be my second time coming to Ed Napleton Honda on west 95th street. Samuel Day was my sales agent in 2016. Mr. Day was so patient with me and my three cousins. Mr. Day answered question after question from the four of us without any hesitation. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the Honda vehicles an explain in detail how all the features worked. After looking at this vehicle and that vehicle I purchased a new CR-v touring(excellent Vehicle). Four and a half years later, I'm purchasing a new CRV because the other one was in an accident and got totaled. With all this technology and new features on the new vehicles today, dealers need sales agents like Samuel Day who is patient and concise when working with older people purchasing vehicles in this day. Of course, I went back to Honda and found Mr. Day and now I'm driving a 2021 CRV. I recommend Samuel Day if you're in the market for purchasing a Honda or just want some information about Hondas.
