Everything was fast there were things that I was promised that I did not get and when I went to bring the vehicle in to be checked the service department was horrible the technicians did not show any care ur that I did not get and when I went to bring the vehicle in to be checked the service department was horrible the technicians did not show any care urgency they didn’t even take the car to the back they literally just looked underneath And told me it was fine and tried to send me on my way It made me feel like all they wanted was to get the sale and once they got me in they did not care at all which is a scam to me I think you should value the customers that are paying so much money for a vehicle and out of all the choices to go with I chose to go with you guys to get this Experience I was highly disappointed especially coming from a family that has Toyota vehicles and has gotten it through other dealerships so I know what type of experience you should be getting and this was not it More
