I am understanding when it comes to wait times. Prior to my setting an appointment, I called the dealership to verify they could see my vehicle the next day. Was told over the phone '100%'. Arrived on time, met with my advisor. Received automated texts a little before 9. I texted the number back at 3 PM as I had not heard of any update at all. Even something saying 'Still waiting, # of cars in front of you.' Was told my vehicle was still in line and had not been looked at yet. 30 minutes later I received another text saying there is a 0% chance of the vehicle getting inspected today. If I had been told there was only a chance it could be seen today, I would be ok with that, but please don't be dishonest. I would have shopped around for service that could have seen my vehicle today. Not asking for much, just honesty. More

He made promises and then act like he didn't I have text message proof and after the sale of the vehicle which is a 2023 Nissan Rogue I purchased on 3/16/24 and didn't take ownership until 4/23/24 , 6 days message proof and after the sale of the vehicle which is a 2023 Nissan Rogue I purchased on 3/16/24 and didn't take ownership until 4/23/24 , 6 days before my first payment and he wouldn't take any calls from me about updates about my car which I had added a trim package and he told his manager I was pressuring him and his manager Eddie Williams told him to ignore me that he would handle it so he tried to intimidate me by yelling and screaming at me in front on the employee so I filed a complaint on both party involved I am a loyal customer I have purchased 7 vehicle from this dealership and have referred over 6 people and this was how was treated from GM Eddie Williams I was told to get off his property and that Nissan doest want my business and that they would not be servicing my vehicle I was aloud on the property anymore so I have filed a complaint with corporate waiting on result More

We will never purchase another vehicle from Landers McClarty Nissan due to our experience with the service department. They care more about getting out of a warranty repair than they do helping custome McClarty Nissan due to our experience with the service department. They care more about getting out of a warranty repair than they do helping customers. We have purchased over 17 vehicles from this dealer. The process is great until you need service. More

Sunroof shield would not close all the way, 1/2” gap , called me $1800 for new motor and labor, told I hardly use and didn’t think motor, told I’ll live with gap. Recently took my vehicle in because it was making a noise while driving and shaking when I went to brake. The service dept. checked everything and said nothing was wrong. A week later the wheel bearing hub w while driving and shaking when I went to brake. The service dept. checked everything and said nothing was wrong. A week later the wheel bearing hub went out and the wheel was barely hanging on. My wife and kids use this vehicle so I'm upset because that left them at risk. Needless to say this Nissan dealership will not be getting anymore of my money. More

Deon made the whole experience so pleasant. After many years working with Steve Winters, who always made me feel like family, and is now in commercial sales, I was somewhat apprehensive dealing with anyone new. But I must say that Deon won me over upon first meeting him with his warm personality. This fine young man worked very hard to get me a great deal and left me very satisfied as I drove from the lot in my latest leased car. I have already recommended Deon and Landers McLarty to several co-workers already! Love the car and the dealership. I want to give a special shout out to Sammy Williams in Service who has always gone above and beyond. More
